the TytoCare™ device
The Remote Medical Observation (RMO) solution involves the use of medical devices that enable a more comprehensive physical examination during a video consultation, including auscultation and examination of the ears and throat, amongst other procedures, carried out by the doctor remotely. RMO supports all services within the FHVC medical unit.
It thus strengthens clinical capabilities in remote consultations, bringing them closer to face-to-face consultations.
Remote medical examination – a portable, user-friendly medical device that enables a more comprehensive remote examination.
Purchasing the TytoCare Home™ device and its licence entitles the whole family to use it (up to 10 users).
The TytoCare Home™ device enables the following examinations: auscultation of heart, lung and abdominal sounds; heart rate measurement; examination of the ear and throat; and assessment of high-quality images, particularly of the skin.
During the video consultation, the tests are supervised by a doctor from a multidisciplinary team, whom you can access from the comfort of your own home or from anywhere else.
This solution can be used across all FHVC services. Specifically, it is available for the Priority Video Consultation Service and the Scheduled Video Consultation Service, either by booking via your customer portal or by contacting Customer Support.
