The Priority Video Consultation Service is recommended for resolving non-urgent acute conditions that do not require an in-person examination and\/or procedure. The Scheduled Video Consultation Service, on the other hand, is recommended for non-acute conditions, follow-up care in health promotion, disease prevention, the management of chronic conditions and associated medication, the assessment of additional diagnostic tests, and the clarification of queries.<\/p>\n
